Neighborhood Ministries

Four Peaks Community Church has been partnering with Neighborhood Ministries, Inc. since January, 2003. Neighborhood Ministries is an outreach to distressed families living in urban Phoenix. Four Peaks is involved in several areas, including Kids' Life, a weekly ministry for elementary kids featuring a donated meal, a Bible class and a worship service. During 2003-2004 Four Peaks was able to provide and serve the Kid's Life evening meal to 300+ kids on several different occasions. On three of those, through partnership with the Fountain Hills McDonald's, we were able to provide McDonald's cheeseburgers as part of the meal - a rare treat for the kids!

Four Peaks is also involved with the summertime learning programs, Kids' Club and Kids' Camp. In addition, volunteers from Four Peaks assist at Mom's Place, a mentoring program for single, teenage mothers, and The Store, a food and clothing pantry.
